StyleCraze Launches Vedix Customized Ayurvedic Hair Care
StyleCraze, an online platform run by Incnut Digital, has launched Vedix – a hair fall solution that claims to be India’s first and only customised Ayurvedic Hair Care Regimen. Each Vedix box contains an anti-hairfall oil, an anti-hair fall shampoo, and a regrowth serum. All the products are designed to be gentle on the hair and scalp and promise to be cruelty-free, ethically manufactured and free of harmful chemical compounds and irritants such as parabens, phthalates, SLS and formaldehyde.
Incnut Digital is a global media company focused on women’s beauty, wellness, and parenting. It runs two major websites, Stylecraze.com and MomJunction.com. In 2018 Incnut received backing from Japanese conglomerate brand ‘Istyle’ and launched SkinKraft, a customized skincare line, as well.
Vedix was developed as an answer to “how to stop hair fall”. StyleCraze collaborated with Ayurvedic physicians and formulators to find the reason why the generic Ayurvedic products weren’t working like they were meant to and found that Ayurveda prescribes customized solutions for each individual. The Vedix hair care regimen starts with an assessment of the customer’s bodily characteristics, lifestyle, and habits to create their Ayurvedic profile. With this information, the customer is classified into one of 6 broad profiles and a customized hair care regimen is recommended which includes ingredients corresponding to the specific requirements as outlined in their Ayurvedic dosha profile.
